Last night I dreamt about a hippo. It was wonderous.

It was in a pool, and was gathering quite a crowd of people. It kept being huge and yawning alot. The crowd of people all fell in, but all managed to get out OK. I went over and asked the hippo what was going on and, in an irish accent, it said 'that's the luck of the irish!' and swam off with 2 monkeys holding onto it's back. o.O

I am sure there was more but it's all faded now :(

Hello!

I've been in Birmingham these last few days. WOO!

I got the coach from Victoria friday afternoon. While on the coach a lady from student services called me, I was thinking 'oh shit they made a mistake and want that money back o shit!', but actually they'd looked at my application again and awarded me with an extra 82 quid. Handy! Being broke constantly pays off on occasion.
Got home to be given an brand new Canon Ixus 30! I'm using it as a notebook, it's so small I can fit it in a pocket. Cuteness. Also we drove past my mom and dad's new house (they're moving in a couple of months, you know how long these things take to organise!) which is a really nice semi-detached with huge garden, 4 bedrooms, conservatory, the lot. Swish!

That night I met up with my oldest friend (13 years!) Emma. We had a quick drink to get change for the bus in Walsall (there were the dodgiest under-age chavs in the wetherspoon toilet, seriously all they were missing was a big dog on a rope and maybe some crack and the stereotype would have been complete!), jumped on the ol' 51 and went into town. Went to coster mongers, cus I remember it being kinda cool. And it's round the corner from the academy. Well, we got somewhere to sit atleast, but it wasn't that cool anymore... there was sick on the toilet floor. And I got ID'd outside... YEY! We went to the academy to meet Jo R, and I got ID's AGAIN outside. I showed them my SIAD ID and they were all 'I could make this at home, luv'. I showed them all my credit cards and they finally believed that I was over 18. I AM 23 FFS.
We got in to find Jo R etc wanted to leave already. so that was worth the entry fee and the journey... they left, Emma and I got fed up and left too. Was home before midnight! Atleast me and Ems got to chat and catch up, that was the important thing.

I woke up with a minor hangover on saturday and decided to go have a wander round the shops in Walsall. I bought a little case for my little camera, but nothing else as Walsall actually sucks, I'd forgotten. I got home and looked at my outfit for the night and i realised to my horror that i'd left the top I was gonna wear under my corset at gav's. Oh No! so my mommy took me of to matalan so i could buy a cheap throw-away black strappy, I didn't think that it would be that low cut... yeah. i had shelf boobs. corsets do that to us big girls.

I got ready and Joel picked me up to go to ROCK CITY!!!! Woo! We got there kinda early and chilled out in a dark corner. every time i went to the bar or loos all the guys stared at my boobs. i am not being big-headed or anything, i do have big boobs and for the first time they were really out there. i got a lot of male attention that night.. i did that to make myself feel better about myself? certain occurances have been happening recently that have left me feeling like shit. to my surprise, undesired staring, although flattering, isn't all it's cracked up to be. the guys who would look, poke their friends so they'd look, and the nod, was kinda cool tho i guess. and i did get the DJ to play Lordi when they won, he actually left the room to go ask the other djs if they had the CD. oh yeah!

on the way home joel drove through cannock chase - i saw like 20 deer and about a hundred bunnies. i indend to go back late at night again armed with my camera. rolled in home at around 5. good times.

today my mommy took me to IKEA where there is a sale. I bought fun things like placemats and an icecream scoop. been just relaxing all day with my hangover. I am on the guest list to see the yeah yeah yeahs at the academy but couldn't be bothered at the end of the day.

back to london on tuesday, i'm going shopping with emma on the morrow. dunno what i'm doing after that. i know i am moving on the 12th, and i know i have a ton of stuff i need to sort out before then, but scheduling that with gav now working nights on occasion is SO MUCH FUN.

and i need to find a job too. oh lordi!

Emily gave me a bowl of poop earlier. I felt privileged.

I handed in my practical work module. I feel weird. I have 1 more module to hand in a week today and then I am done. It's so odd. Seriously.

In other news Our internet's being really weird - I can't get to hotmail or sign into messenger or get to msn. I'm just gonna go ahaead and repeat what I said in tech support to see if anyone reading this has any ideas.

OK! Here's the problem.

My housemates and I are all connected to a wireless router to access the internet. Yesterday for some unknown reason we couldn't get online, we were all connected fine and the 'internet' light was on. For a few hours we couldn't connect, I reset the router to the default factory settings, typed in all our login details again and then we could connect again.

However, we cannot access Hotmail, all but one of us can't sing onto MSN messenger, and I don't seem to be able to download things from download.com. I read that changing the MTU size often fixes this problem but that did nothing.

Anyone have any ideas?

God, I love the first summery day.

It's been absolutely gorgeous today weather-wise. I managed to get out in it briefly earlier today, coming home from college, but for the rest of it I've been sat in my room working. ALAS.

But it's still lovely. I've been standing looking out of the hall window (which is wide open) and just breathing in the summer-time air. I normally am more of a winter person, and I am sure after a bit the warmth I'll start craving the winnter again, but just this first day, wow!

It fills me with so much hope! Not to mention that as opposed to this time last year I actually have something to look forward to in the coming months! I do have this habit of constantly comparing myself to myself last year, I don't know where I picked that up, but I do. Like, last year? I was miserable cus I was moving out, when the year previous to that we were just starting to move in together. But now. YIPPEE!

I am just really happy tonight. YEY!

Yes, that's right. House has gone on the market, we handed in our notice a few days ago.

Whoop on the one hand - I'm moving back in with Gav, Timo and Nat in 5 weeks! But Boo on the other, for all it's flaws I got to really like this house and it's odd inhabitants!
